MARCEL CABELIER Esprit de Chardonnay Cremant Du Jura 2018 – it is an elegant and expressive sparkling wine. Made in Jura region of France. Wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes using the traditional method.

This wine is crafted by Marcel Cabelier. One of the most significant and experienced winemakers in the Jura. Active since the early 20th century. Winemaker distinguished by a deep understanding of the local terroir and a strong respect for tradition. His philosophy is based on careful grape selection, slow vinification, and extended ageing. It allows the authenticity of the region and the wine’s elegance to fully emerge. Secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle. Followed by ageing on the lees for a minimum of 60 months. Giving the wine creaminess, structure, and subtle complexity.

The wine displays a pale straw color with golden highlights, offering aromas of green apple, citrus fruits, white peach, toasted brioche, almonds, and the characteristic minerality of the Jura region. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious. With vibrant yet well-balanced acidity, fine bubbles, pure fruit expression, and a long, refreshing finish. This is a dry, refined-style Crémant. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, oysters, fish dishes, light appetizers, and mild cheeses, best served at 6–8 °C.
