Description
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Magnum – an elegant and refreshing Champagne made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The first-press Chardonnay grapes come exclusively from the finest Grand Cru vineyards located in the Côte des Blancs sub-region (one of the five zones of the Champagne region). This Bruno Paillard product is crafted using reserve wines dating back as far as 1985. Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs is aged for 4 years on the lees, which gives the wine greater complexity and richness on the palate, while the nose reveals bready aromas. After aging, the wine “rests” in the bottle for at least another 10 months. The result is an Extra Brut category Champagne, meaning it contains a residual sugar level of 5 grams per liter.
