A refined, elegant non-vintage Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay sourced exclusively from top Grands & Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger.
Bright and lively in the glass with a fine, delicate bead, this Blanc de Blancs opens with an intense, citrus-driven nose featuring notes of lemon, exotic fruit and dried fruit, followed by brioche, pastry and toasted almond nuances. On the palate it’s fresh and crisp with great length and verticality, evolving into warm, slightly spicy and lightly saline finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or paired with seafood, shellfish and light fish dishes, this cuvée showcases the finesse and harmony of Chardonnay from great Champagne terroirs
