Description
Château Angélus Le Carillon d’ Angélus St- Émilion 2018 – this is an elegant and expressive red wine from the famous Saint-Émilion region, made from 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc grapes. It features a deep ruby color and intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits, floral notes, and subtle spices. Serving:
Château Angélus Le Carillon d’ Angélus St- Émilion 2018 – it is recommended to serve this wine in a Syrah glass at a temperature of 17–18°C (62–64°F). Decanting and letting the wine rest in a decanter for about half an hour will help it open up further. This wine pairs wonderfully with SOMM beef entrecôte, lamb, and dishes with rich and flavorful sauces.
