Description
Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru NV – elegant and refreshing champagne, made only of the 100% of the Chardonnay grape variety. The first pressing Chardonnay grapes come exclusively from excellent Grand Crus vineyards located in the Côte des Blancs sub-region (one of the five zones of the Champagne region). This Bruno Paillard product is made from reserve wines dating back to 1985. Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs is matured for 4 years with yeast, which makes the wine more complex and fuller when tasting, and brioche aromas (from autolysis) are revealed when sniffing. After ageing, the wine rests in the bottle for at least 10 months. Extra-Brut category wine is created, with 5 grams per liter of residual sugar.
Service recommendation:
We recommend to serve this wine well chilled in a champagne glass. It is not advisable to keep wine in the refrigerator for more than a few hours, as the drink may lose some of its taste. We recommend serving the wine either as an aperitif either with fish, salad or seafood dishes.
